Random (as my teenagers would say) but isn’t he cute!! well, as far as cuteness goes…..

and he let me get right up close to him without even flinching!

He is really cool! I wouldn't want to be an aphid in the garden with that guy around. One time, I brought some furniture inside that had been out on the porch, and a few hours later, hundreds of baby mantis's appeared (there must have been an egg sac there in the furniture). You should have seen me trying to capture them all to release them outside!
