All orders shipped with Australia Post

All parcel orders are shipped with an Auspost tracking number. Note: letter options do not include tracking or insurance.

Returns

While all care is taken in packaging your goods, Hugs 'n Kisses/Quarter Inch will not be responsible for any goods received damaged, due to shipping. (If damaged due to shipping you, the customer will need to contact Australia Post/courier and make a claim).

Items purchased may not be returned or exchanged unless you can prove that the item is not what you expected from the details given on the website. Then an exchange voucher only will be given at the discretion of Hugs'n Kisses/Quarter Inch. A receipt is required of your initial purchase. No refunds or exchanges are given on clearance sale items.

As a general rule, refunds or exchanges are only applicable if the goods are returned to Hugs 'n Kisses/Quarter Inch:

in original condition, suitable for re-sale
with all packaging in-tact
within 21 days of the transaction date

Goods should be returned via registered post together with proof of purchase invoice. (postage for the return of goods is at the customers cost)
Postage and handling charges on returned goods are not refundable

All sale items and cut fabrics/notions are final purchases and are not refundable.

Wholesale in packs of 10 Size #7 Crewel needles for stitchery and embroidery work.

Box contains ten packs of hangsell HNK Stitchery needles - 10 in each pack. Suited for 1-4 strands cotton floss, Perle #16, 12, 8 threads or similar. Each needle has a sharp point and long eye for easy threading. Needles are in a handy plastic cannister marked with size and use for easy identification and storage.
