All girls, big and little, need bags of all shapes and sizes to store their ‘stuff’. This pattern includes two styles of very simple bags with several options for each. Make one, mix them up or make them all, there’s sure to be a little girl in your life somewhere for each one to suit.

Iron on Transfer

Requirements for one bag:

- one fat quarter outer bag fabric
- one fat quarter lining/contrast fabric
- one fat quarter stitchery fabric
- Hugs 'n Kisses Applique paper
- Stabiliser - parlon, weaveline or similar
- Fusible lightweight batting (pellon, Hobbs Cotton/poly) or non fuse and spray baste
- Sewline Glue pen
- No 7/8 Crewel needle

- Applique needle

- 6-8” embroidery hoop
- Presencia Finca Perle #16 threads: 3327 Navy, 1915 Dark Red - or colours to match your chosen fabrics

- Optional: cord, ribbon or tape for drawstring cords if not making your own from fabrics

- General sewing and patchwork supplies
