3mm clear acrylic cutting template for masks.
Sizes: Child, Small, and Large
To measure approximate sizes measure from across the bridge of your nose (about halfway down nose where glasses sit) to under your chin
Then measure from the centre of your nose to just in front of your ear where the flat edge of the mask will sit.
Large: nose to under chin: 19.5cm approx
Nose to in front of ear: 13cm
Small: from nose to under chin 17cm
nose to in front of ear: 12cm
Child: nose to under chin:15cm approx
Nose to in front of ear: 11cm
Rotary cut (we suggest 28mm cutter) many layers at once for bulk mask making. You can also cut non woven interfacing or other filter layers all at once. We agree with the recommendation of 3 layers for best protection.
This template makes a fitted type mask with or without nose wire and filter pocket. Elastic is sewn into the ends whilst constructing and can go around the head or around the ears. There are many YouTube videos available on how to make this style of mask.
